Handful of cilantro
torn
Scoop of capers
Juice of 1-2 lemons

bell pepper
chopped

mayonnaise

whole grain mustard
Fresh cracked pepper
A few shakes of Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel
Instructions
Mix and enjoy with plantain chips, crackers, or cucumber slices.
