Lunchtime Avocado Tuna

Ingredients

  • 3 cans of tuna*
  • 1 avocado
  • Handful of cilantro torn
  • Scoop of capers
  • Juice of 1-2 lemons
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • A few shakes of Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel

Instructions

  1. Mix and enjoy with plantain chips, crackers, or cucumber slices.

* I use @safecatchfoods tuna. It has the lowest mercury limit of any brand.
